2002 Gibson Explorer Voodoo Limited Edition The rarest Gibson from the Voodoo series, and as of today, it is not for sale anywhere in the world. Black lacquer against a background of wood grain highlighted in red. The guitar body is made of lightweight swamp ash, the pickups are also quite rare Gibson Black Magic - ceramic 496R / 500T Black Magic, the fretboard is ebony, with black Grover tuners and all other hardware, a red mother-of-pearl skull inlay at the 5th fret. The guitar sounds bright, is perfectly suited for heavy styles, while possessing an excellent punchy sound, and sounds transparent on a clean setting. Very light, balanced. The guitar was in a private collection that was assembled over many years. Other Voodoo models are also for sale - Les Paul, Flying V, and SG. It is in excellent condition for being 17 years old; there are slight abrasions and marks, there is one hole from a relocated strap button, a new custom pickguard worth 100 bucks (+ the original one is included (see photos)). The instrument comes in its original unique Voodoo case made of red snakeskin; the case, by the way, is in very good condition for its age. The guitar is located in Dnipropetrovsk!
