Who is responsible

This notice explains how Ladkor Guitars (ladkorguitars.eu) handles personal data. The seller's legal name and address are shown on the Contact page; questions about your data go to ladkorguitars@gmail.com.

We only collect what a request, an account, the newsletter, a review or, with your permission, usage statistics need. Nothing is sold or passed to advertisers.

Requests and orders

When you send a request or an order request we store your name, e-mail address, delivery country, message and the instruments you selected, together with the request number. We use them to answer you, to confirm availability, delivery and payment, and to keep a record of what was agreed.

The request is e-mailed to the shop team so they can reply to you; a confirmation with the request number may be sent to your address. The delivery country is only a starting point for the offer and is not passed to anyone else.

The form is protected against automated abuse: the server checks a short-lived proof of work and limits repeated attempts per network source.

Account

Sign-in is handled by Auth0, our identity provider: it stores your e-mail address, password and, if you enable it, the second factor. In the shop we keep your profile (name, photo, delivery country, language, currency, theme) and link your requests to it.

Two-factor authentication is optional and can be switched off in the security settings. You can download a copy of your account data from the account pages; to delete the account, write to us.

Newsletter and reviews

The newsletter goes only to addresses that subscribed; every message carries an unsubscribe link and the change takes effect at once. Subscribers from the previous website were carried over with their subscription status.

A review is published under the name you choose after moderation; the e-mail address you give with it stays private. Votes and reports on reviews are recorded per browser, not per person.

Usage statistics

Only with your permission we measure visits, interest in instruments and enquiries for up to 180 days, first-party and without advertising trackers. If you are signed in, these visits may be linked to your account. The store works fully without analytics.

You can withdraw or change the choice at any time through “Privacy settings” at the bottom of every page; withdrawal deletes the collected events.

Cookies and your browser

The site uses cookies for the sign-in session, for your preferences (language, country, currency, theme) and to remember your analytics choice. There are no third-party advertising cookies.

Favourites, comparison and the basket are kept only in your browser storage and are not sent to us until you submit a request.

Services we rely on

E-mail is delivered through Mailgun; sign-in through Auth0; instrument photographs are stored with Amazon S3. Each of them processes data only to provide that service. Exchange rates for price display come from Wise and involve no personal data.

Access to requests and accounts inside the shop is limited to staff with a personal login and is recorded in an audit log.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw a consent at any time by writing to ladkorguitars@gmail.com. Requests linked to a sale may be kept for as long as accounting rules require.

This notice is dated 2026-09-22. When it changes materially, the request form asks for your consent again.
