It does have some marks, scratces, dings and dents (see pics), but good condition as for almost 30 years old guitar. Rare Old factory (first factory) PRS Custom 24 with a small heel. First of all, I would recommend this guitar to a player who has already had a lot of good guitars (PRS, Gibson, Fender, Jackson) and who now needs some completely unattainable bridge humbucker sound on riffs. Perhaps you will find it in this guitar. Responsive, bright, transparent. It is dense and powerful at the same time. To the envy of most, the PRS of the 2000s is very sensitive to dynamics: it can be malicious, it can be delicate. Really prickly on cut-offs. Sometimes it happens that PRSs get bored with their owners, and those, in pursuit of openness and dynamics, buy a good Gibson or Fender. I have nothing against Gibson, but this CU24 won't get bored for long.
