This is a limited edition of 2020, among the changes from all previous years, first of all, there is a roasted maple neck, which is available only in this model and PRS Private Stock from $10k+, the Paul Reed Smith logo as on American PRSs, black birds that look simply stunning on the yellow neck, as well as pickups that were developed at the factory in the USA, copying the design of American 85/15 pickups and adding an S marking - the guitars began to look and sound a head higher, however, the purchase cost was also raised, be prepared to pay an additional $100 for these updates, but they are worth it! Also, the guitar has a 3-way switch and the old-school custom system - the most convenient in my opinion - push-pull on the tone for coil splitting. A killer cool guitar, made in Korea like all modern PRS SEs after the end of 18, but the build is excellent, plus, like all my guitars, I buy them only in the USA, which means that the guitar was made for the US market, where the quality control is much higher than in other countries! All hardware is better than on older SEs, the tremolo holds tuning very well, the tuners are wonderful. Thanks to the new pickups, there is no point in changing them - they are really better, more transparent and clearer than on the old customs. The wood resonates excellently, and this guitar in particular has a mega-stable neck - the thing is that roasted maple compresses the wood pores as much as possible, so it holds tuning regardless of humidity, temperature changes, etc.! The neck wood itself and the top are very beautiful! According to the specifications, the instrument is made in the likeness of an American PRS. Only the price is, of course, several times lower than for an American one (I also have Americans in stock and available for order). So if you are not ready to shell out from 3 to 15k - you are welcome to pay attention to this model. It is worth every cent! The guitar body is double-cut (superstrat) and is made of mahogany + maple top, wide thin roasted maple neck with roasted maple fretboard, black signature PRS birds, 25-inch scale and tremolo, 24 frets - PRS classic. Volume, tone with push-pull for coil splitting and a 3-way switch give a variety of 6 sound options. The neck itself is thin, fast, you can shred solos at high speeds.
