1980 Gibson Les Paul Standard Wine Red in just incredible condition for its age. Absolutely everything on the instrument is original except: - Pickups. The original pickups were replaced with Gibson Custom Shop R9 Burstbuckers taken from a Gibson R9 Reissue guitar (which costs about $5000) - Tuners — the old tuners were replaced with newer ones — but also branded Gibson. No extra holes were left, they were simply replaced with newer ones. - Case — a newer one (from the late 80s) but also Gibson. Everything else is original. The frets (have wear but are in perfect order, still plenty of life left to play, no buzzing or dead notes), bridge, switch, all hardware, electronics (potentiometers are dated '79). The instrument is SIMPLY GORGEOUS. By the way — it is still a "full-weight" model (Gibson only started weight-relieving in '83). That is, a genuine old, solid, vintage Gibson Les Paul Standard with some improvements that do not spoil the general "spirit" or "aura" of the instrument at all. Родные датчики поменяли на Gibson Custom Shop R9 Burstbuckers, снятые с гитары Gibson R9 Reissue (которые стоят около $5000) - Колки — старые колки поменяли на более новые — но тоже брендовые Gibson. Никаких лишних дырок не осталось, просто заменили на более новые. - Кейс — более новый (конца 80х годов) но тоже Gibson. Все остальное — родное. Инструмент ПРОСТО ШИКАРНЫЙ. К слову — еще «полновесный» (облегчать Гибсоны начали только в 83 году). То есть самый что ни на есть старый, добротный, винтажный Gibson Les Paul Standard с некоторыми улучшениями которые никак не портят общий «дух» или «ауру» инструмента.
