Back then, nobody knew about him, but now he has become one of the most inspiring and sought-after guitarists in the world. He has performed with artists such as Tori Kelly and Jesse J, to name a few. The Mateus Asato Signature series is available in two versions: Black Gloss and Shell Pink Antique. Both models feature an Even C Medium neck profile, carved from smooth, silky satin roasted maple. The fretboard (on the pink Suhr) is made of rosewood and 3A Roasted Birdseye Maple (birdseye on the black Suhr), has a 9″-12″ compound radius, and is equipped with 22 heavy stainless steel frets. A Gotoh 510 tremolo, ML single-coils, and a Custom Alnico humbucker complete the specifications. Each guitar comes with a special laser-engraved neck plate and Mateus's signature on the back of the headstock, complete with a stylish black Tolex hardshell case.
