Mesa Boogie Rocket 44 Combo All-tube 2-channel 45-watt combo from Mesa Boogie. Despite its rather compact size, this is a full-fledged, "mean" and powerful Mesa Boogie. Moreover, it is incredibly loud for its size (45 tube Mesa watts are louder than any 150-watt solid-state Line 6, Laney or Marshall, for example). Original Mesa Black Shadow speaker (like in many Mesas including Mark V, Express and many other series). The combo has 2 channels (clean and distortion), each with separate volume and gain knobs, full EQ + spring reverb, as well as a "contour" knob (mid-range cut) which makes the sound on the second channel sharper, when for example you need to highlight the sound of a riff or a solo. All three functions (channel/reverb/contour) are switchable with the original 3-button footswitch, which is included.
