Instrument from 2013, part of the Fender American Select series. This is the most prestigious American Fender series, with the exception of the Custom Shop. This instrument was released as a limited edition Jazzmaster and is no longer available for purchase. The model received 2 Fender Wide Range pickups with the Fender S-1 system, which provides a total of 6 sound variations. The body is made of select alder, with an expressive tiger maple top and natural binding along the contour. The color is called Twilight Burst, transitioning from ash-natural to warm amber and then black at the edges. The neck is made of a solid piece of bird's-eye maple, with an inlaid rosewood fretboard. Moreover, the fretboard is truly inlaid into the neck - it is made as a 1-piece inlay along the entire length. This is apparently not easy to do, but that is how Fender decided to stand out in this series, and it looks very impressive. The instrument is in wonderful condition, it has a couple of nicks (almost all of them are on the back - they are clearly visible in the photos), but they absolutely do not spoil the impression; the guitar is incredibly beautiful, both in appearance and sound, and it comes in the original Fender Select grey tweed case with red velvet inside, and with all documents. Модель получила 2 датчика Fender Wide Range с системой Fender S-1 что в сумме дает целых 6 вариантов звучания. Дека - из отборной ольхи, с выразительным топом из тигрового клена и натуральной окантовкой по контуру. Цвет называется Twilight Burst (сумеречный взрыв), переходящий от пепельно-натурального в теплый янтарный и затем черный по краям. Гриф выполнен из цельного куска клена "птичий глаз", с врезанной накладкой из палисандра. Причем накладка действительно врезана внутрь грифа - она выполнена в виде 1-кусковой инкрустации по всей длине. Сделать это видать непросто, но вот так решили выделиться на Fender в этой серии, и выглядит очень эффектно. Инструмент в замечательном состоянии, на нем есть пара коцок (почти все они сзади - на фото хорошо видно), но они абсолютно не портят впечатление, гитара невероятно красива, как на вид, так и по звучанию, идет в родном сером твидовом кейсе Fender Select с красным бархатом внутри, и со всеми документами.
