Color: TSB (Tobacco Sunburst) Sound 8 out of 10 Seymour Duncan SH-4 / SH-1 pickups on mahogany, a versatile combination for any style, and this is, of course, a tight and clear sound, and excellent sustain. The Seymours have a moderate output, bright sound and low noise, and allow you to adjust the sound in a wide range. The guitar holds its tuning excellently, it even feels somewhat unusual. More on sound, it is very different between the neck and bridge pickup, and I would say, it is fundamentally different. On the neck – bassy and fat, on the bridge – clear and bright. Clean – it sounds soft, or rather velvety, clear and readable mids, every note is like a song. On overdrive – it sounds evil, forcing one to turn down the gain on the combo, because the guitar was already born with it, and with all its "insides" it screams that it does not need it. A roar and a crazy sound are guaranteed to you always, on any equipment! Build / manufacturing quality: 9 out of 10 Perfect build quality, materials are also top-notch. The lacquer, by the way, is special in this LACQUER TASTE SERIES, and it justifies itself, the years have not affected it in any way, and there are practically no scratches and they are not visible. The neck is straight, lacquered with binding, frets are set evenly and allow for the strings to be lowered sufficiently. Appearance / design 10 out of 10 It is probably hard to say anything here, the LP shape makes it mandatory, and perhaps one can only argue about the color, the chrome of the hardware and the pattern of the top, i.e., for me it is an ideal appearance, I think that someone else might think differently. Features and functionality 8 out of 10 As already noted, the ergonomics of an LP are not exactly perfect. As far as pickups and switches are concerned – they are in place and convenient. There is no inconvenience reaching the higher frets. Price/quality ratio (total rating): 9 out of 10 The price naturally has a significant impact on the price-quality ratio. 9 points is a well-deserved rating. User opinion: An excellent replica of a Gibson LP Standard! Versatile sound, in general a real Les Paul for interesting money. Regarding the condition – there is only a small crack in the lacquer on the neck and it is only visible at a certain angle, this often happens even on expensive guitars over 3k – a feature of the lacquer.
