2007 Gibson Les Paul Classic Antique 50th Anniversary Guitar Of The Week #33 Limited Edition Satin Tobacco Burst This guitar represents the Gibson Guitar Of The Week program, which released a completely unique model every week in 2007. This Classic is model number 33 in their sequence, and they were released in a limited edition—only 400 pieces worldwide. The main difference of this instrument is the absence of a maple top—the guitar body is made entirely of mahogany (just like the iconic Gibson Les Paul Custom Black Beauty model), however, there is body binding, as well as binding on the neck. Thanks to this, the guitar does not weigh much, provides a very soft low end, and singing neck and bridge pickups! The guitar is very light, and it also has a fast, thin 60s Slim Taper neck profile. The guitar is equipped with Gibson Burstbucker Pro 1959 Replica Humbucker pickups—whoever wants, I can install '57 Classics without covers or others that are available on the site. It has nothing in common with the classic (reissue 60s) Classic; no need to compare it with regular Classics or even Standards—everything here is different, starting from the Gibson logo (the original from '57) and the inlay like on LP Customs, ending with the included equipment.
