The guitar is more functional than any other, of course due to the piezo and two outputs. No matter how you look at it, this is the MOST UNIVERSAL guitar today. Just like on the P24, there are 2 separate outputs here - piezo and mix; you can play through both simultaneously, as well as record. A 5-way switch, tone, volume, a knob for blending the piezo with the pickups, and actually a 3-way piezo switch - at the top only piezo, in the center - mix of pickups and piezo, at the bottom - only pickups. Moreover, the piezo mix can be made even with the 5-way switch simultaneously, for example by blending 50% of the piezo sound with 50% of the coil-split on the neck! It is brilliant in general. For those who haven't read about the P22 – I described the piezo above, these are the same LR Baggs, when recording directly into the sound card from the piezo output – you simply won't distinguish the sound from a recorded acoustic guitar – that is the phenomenon – it’s not for nothing that the model was developed for 10 years. The sound of the pickups themselves – the mids and highs I would say are on par, the lows are slightly lower. Quite meaty sound on overdrive, on clean you can achieve softness in the neck. The instrument sounds quite confident, characterful, and every note is readable on any sound, even with the tone rolled off, quite modern in sound. In conclusion, I will say that it is an ideal option for a guitarist looking for 22 frets with a piezo and a fixed bridge.
