2012 PRS Singlecut SC 58 Stripped Indian Turquoise Private Stock Colour For me it was a real dilemma which singlecut to take this time... the anniversary one, the pre-lawsuit one, the 250th one, the Henderson and Tremonti are already in my collection... only the SC58 with expensive pickups and the 245th (by the way, I already got one in the Artist edition) remained... I settled on the 57/08 pickups, and that means the SC58, why? Because I've heard these pickups, they sound very thick despite being covered and are definitely worth the money! I found a PRS SC58 in Indian Turquoise colour at good friends' place in the USA. Briefly, I'll try to tell you: this is a custom colour, meaning the guitar in this colour is ONE OF A KIND, that is, one in the world; this guitar was made to order and painted at the factory for one good official PRS dealer in the USA, from whom I bought it. This colour is unique — the sides and the back of the body are painted in cream white, such a paint job is possible at PRS only on Private Stock models! The top of the body is also painted in the custom Indian Turquoise colour, which is also available ONLY for Private Stock, furthermore, the top itself looks like a 10 TOP, believe me, I have something to compare with, on Artist models they never put a 10, but the tops there are exactly 10 TOP, they just decided not to put the ten initially, I think the reason here is the same, since the instrument was custom-made, the top was chosen from the best. This is one of the first guitar models on which the new 57/08 pickups were introduced, they sound amazing! The guitar sounds and looks, believe me, better than any Gibson LP, especially a new one))) You can find different colours, but this one — NEVER.
