One of the best Pearl drum series — MCX are professional-level drums, made of 6-ply maple, with the special 'SST' super-dense shell joining technology, and high-quality hardware, a combination that has made the 'Masters' series so popular among professional musicians. The kick drum is solid, without a hole for toms; the toms are mounted independently, using the 'Pearl Optimount' suspension system, to minimize all unwanted vibrations. The floor tom comes with 'cushion' feet (the same as those used on Reference, Masterworks, and all top Pearl series) for a more even and focused tom sound. Condition is awesome, which is very clearly visible in the photos. There are no cracks, splits, breaks, or delaminations, only very moderate, slight wear from careful use. No problems at all.
