2001 PRS McCarty 10 Top All Rosewood Neck Violin Amber Sunburst One of the best PRS McCarty guitars I've ever had, and I've had more than 10 of them! There was only one similar with a rosewood neck, but it wasn't a 10 Top. This one is a 10 Top, and from back in the days when a 10 TOP was like today's Artist Grade Top - very beautiful, with consistently repeating even lines of maple. A standard McCarty of those times - the guitar is, by and large, a sibling of the Gibson Les Paul Standard in terms of sound - this is due to the specifications, body thickness, and pickups, which are very similar to old Gibson pickups; in this model they are called McCarty Bass and Treble respectively. However, this specific McCarty is distinguished by the fact that the entire neck is made of rosewood, not mahogany + rosewood. Однако, именно этот маккарти отличается тем, что у него весь гриф сделан из палисандра, а не каснуха + палисандр. Это дает звуку бархатности, а удобство возрастает втрое за счет того, что гриф, собственно, без лакового покрытия. Ну да и сами колки сделаны под винтажные тюльпаны, однако они держат строй лучше гибсоновских. Получается эдакий экслюзив смеси ПРС с палисандровым грифом и гибсона. Электроника гитары полностью исправна, все родное, есть несколько отметин, но все либо на ребрах либо сзади, их не видно. В целом состояние на 4 +. В комплекте идет родной кейс.
