G&L (Leo Fender) L1505 (made in USA) The G&L guitar brand is the final fruit of Leo Fender's guitar career - his last brainchild, in which he embodied all his experience working with Fender and Music Man, and it was G&L guitars that Leo Fender considered his most perfect instruments, according to his own words. All American G&L guitars and basses are made at the old Fender factory in Fullerton, California, the very same factory where Fender instruments were produced until the late 80s. This bass excellently combines Leo Fender's experience in creating Fender and Music Man basses. Like a classic Fender, this bass received a solid alder body and a maple neck. Like a modern Music Man, the bass is equipped with a powerful humbucker and an active preamp, which allows not only splitting it into single-coils but also switching the humbucker (or its halves) in both active and passive modes. You get a Fender Jazz Bass and a Music Man Stingray in one bottle, the most perfect bass created by the same person who created the first two. Used bass in impeccable condition.
