Solid American PRS Singlecut in a matte finish with a thin coating. This effect is achieved entirely by hand by rubbing dye into the wood, applying a thin layer of matte lacquer, and sanding it down to a pleasant matte finish. This finish is significantly thinner than on gloss models, allowing the wood to breathe and resonate better, fully unlocking its sonic potential. The color itself is dark brown, like a coffee bean; it also feels very pleasant to the touch, you can feel the texture of the wood. Just like the Singlecut Trem model, it is equipped with PRS #6 pickups, which are firstly a bit hotter than the standard #7 pickups found on the classic Singlecut, and secondly, they are coil-splittable, allowing for a Strat-like sound. The cast fixed bridge provides incredible sustain, and the locking tuners hold tuning rock-solid. Condition is very good, there are very minor marks, there is a scratch in the lacquer on the front part, clearly visible in the photo at the link below, but overall nothing serious.
