The G&L L-2500 bass is their top model, an active/passive 5-string bass, ash body, selected tiger maple top, and maple neck. The bass is equipped with the G&L Tri-Tone circuit, which gives all the variety of bass sounds — the pickup coils can be split, and the bass can also operate in 3 modes: passive/active/active with treble boost. Бас G&L L-2500 это их топовая модель, активный/пассивный 5-струнный бас, корпус из ясеня, отборный топ из тигрового клена, и кленовый гриф. Бас оснащен схемой G&L Tri-Tone, которая дает все разнообразие басовых звуков — катушки датчиков разделяются, а также бас может работать в 3х режима: пассив/актив/актив с бустом высоких частот. Кроме этого имеется 3-позиционный переключатель датчиков, а также общая громкость, высокие и низкие. Частоты работают как в активном, так и в пассивном режимах, вообще инструмент очень хорошо сбалансирован. Этот бас был сделан в 1997м году, и будучи 17-летним инструментом на нем разумеется есть вполне ожидаемый уровень износа — пара отметин, царапины. Все это я крупным планом сфотографировал чтоб все было видно. Но АБСОЛЮТНО ничего страшного что мешало бы при игре или как угодно портило бы впечатление от этого замечательного инструмента.
