Budda Superdrive II V-20 This amplifier has two unique features — it sounds AWESOME on clean and AWESOME on overdrive) I don't know how they manage to do it, but Budda amplifiers are pure, undiluted and uncontaminated, perfect guitar sound. It is a “boutique firm” (which means they make only expensive luxury amplifiers in rather small editions), and they approach everything very seriously. The amplifier runs on 2x 6v6 power tubes, three 12ax7 on the preamp, and one 5U5G, and yes, it has a full-fledged rectifier section, like in a Mesa Rectifier, but the sound is much warmer in character. Furthermore — all the necessary settings, separate levels for each of the 2 channels, common frequencies (low, mid, high), as well as push/pull “brite” knobs for brighter highs (similar to Fender Twin), and “thick” which gives a thicker, “vintage” midrange, or a modern “narrow” midrange for more modern styles. Overall, in character, it reminds me a little of Orange on overdrive (but with expressive notes of American character in the sound), and of Mesa Lonestar on clean sound. Это «бутиковая фирма» (что значит они делают только дорогие люксовые усилители довольно небольшими тиражами), и они ко всему подходят очень серьезно. Усилитель работает на 2х силовых лампах 6v6, трех 12ax7 на преампе, и одна 5U5G, и да, у него полноценная секция выпрямителя, как в Mesa Rectifier, но звук куда более теплый по характеру. К тому же — все необходимые настройки, отдельные уровни для каждого из 2х каналов, общие частоты (низ, середина, верх), а также пуш/пулл ручки «brite» для более ярких высоких (сродни как на Fender Twin), и «thick» который дает более густую, «винтажную» середину, либо современную «узкую» середину для более современных стилей. В целом по характеру он мне похож немного на Orange в перегрузах (но с выразительными нотками американского характера в звуке), и на Mesa Lonestar на чистом звуке.
