Mark Holcomb himself acknowledged that it was a great achievement to take the main specifications of his guitar, make it more affordable, and maintain the quality of the instrument at a good level. I completely agree with his words; I've touched the guitar, played it, and the wood, the hardware, and especially the pickups are very impressive. The rich, signature Periphery sound is in every note. The special sound, comfort, and the uniqueness of the guitar itself lie in the fact that it is a guitar with a 25.5-inch scale length, 24 frets with bird inlays, and a fixed bridge (!), which is extremely rare. Furthermore, the maple neck itself is black and satin (!) - it feels very pleasant to the hand, the profile is an ideal Wide Thin, and it has a 20-inch radius, while the fretboard is made of ebony. The guitar's electronics also include coil splits for single-coil sounds (push/pull on the tone pot), which gives a crystal-clear clean sound. All this is complemented by binding on the neck and a beautiful figured quilt top, which is generally a rarity for PRS, especially for Korean ones (since 2016, Quilt Top on PRS is only possible on Wood Library (when purchasing from 10 guitars) and PRS Private Stock).
