PRS Custom 22 10-top 1996 Awesome instrument, made in the first year of PRS factory production, specifically in 1996. So it is safe to say that this is one of the representative instruments of the Paul Reed Smith brand, which, thanks to the high quality and exclusivity of its instruments, began to develop rapidly right in the mid-90s. The guitar is in excellent condition. Of course, considering its 18-year age, there are small marks and dings (all very clearly visible in the photos at the link below), but they are only visible up close, and they are all in the transparent layer of lacquer (nothing through to the wood), and in general, they do not spoil the impression of the instrument at all. It looks incredibly beautiful, plus it is a "10-top" which means this instrument received a selected maple top from the stock of the most textured maple blanks of PRS. Pay attention to the texture of the wood (both the top and the back/neck), you don't often see this even on a PRS. What can we say about the sound — an awesomely played-in, 18-year-old American PRS. Moreover, it should be noted that it is VERY rare to come across a Custom model with a fixed bridge! Everything on the guitar is original.
