Gibson Les Paul Standard Traditional Pro II are guitars that were available ONLY in the USA. This model was made by special order for the Guitar Center store chain and was sold only there, and only at Guitar Center. In terms of wood, this is a standard plus, i.e., mahogany (body and neck), on the body there is a select tiger maple top, on the neck there is a rosewood fretboard. But in terms of electronics, this Les Paul is very sophisticated. Firstly, both pickups can be split into single-coils individually, and it is "pure", meaning the signal does not just pass through only one coil, but at the same time the second one is COMPLETELY CUT from the circuit, this is a real single-coil sound, like a Strat. Furthermore, the third "push/pull" knob activates an active booster which gives about +10 dB of clean boost (it can be made more/less, there is a special control on the circuit for this). The effect obtained is exactly the same as if there were a boost pedal in the chain (like an MXR Microamp or Boosta Grande for example), meaning when you need to add gain and expressiveness, for example for a solo, this function can be switched on with a single press of the tone knob. It switches off in exactly the same way — by pressing the knob, and when the booster is off, it is COMPLETELY cut from the circuit and in no way affects the clean guitar signal, i.e., true bypass. Но вот в плане электроники этот Les Paul очень навороченный. Во-первых, оба датчика разделяются на синглы отдельно, причем «чисто», то есть сигнал не просто проходит лишь через одну катушку, но в то же время вторая — ОТРЕЗАЕТСЯ от схемы полностью, это самый настоящий сингловый звук, как у страта. Далее — третья ручка «пуш/пулл» включает активный бустер который дает около +10 Дб. чистого буста (можно делать больше/меньше, для этого на схеме есть специальный регулятор). Эффект получается точно такой как если бы в цепи была б педалька бустер (как MXR Microamp или Boosta Grande например) то есть когда нужно добавить гейна и выразительности, например на соло — эта функция может быть включена одним лишь нажатием на ручку тона. Выключается точно так же — нажатием на ручку, причем когда бустер выключен — он ПОЛНОСТЬЮ отрезан от схемы и никак не влияет на чистый гитарный сигнал, то есть true bypass. Что интересно «пуш/пулы» тут сделаны немного по-другому чем обычно. Здесь они в виде кнопок, то есть ручку не надо «тянуть» вверх что на сцене скользкими пальцами бывает сделать трудно, а просто нажать на нее, она отщелкивается. Нажимаешь еще раз — она «прячется» обратно. Помимо прочего, эта модель укомплектована локовыми колками Grover, вся фурнитура золотая, детали и окантовка — из винтажного кремового пластика, а также Traditional Pro II идут исключительно в нитро-лаке, как старые гитары. Цвет этой гитары называется Merlot, он значительно ярче чем Wine Red, и я бы сказал на пару тонов светлее. Редко встретишь Les Paul в этом цвете. Все родное, родной кейс в комплекте. Состояние — офигенное, за исключением коца на задней грани внизу — хорошо видно на фото. Этот коц не виден ни спереди, ни сбоку, ни разумеется никаких образом не влияет на звук.
