1975 Guild F412 BLD 12-String Vintage Guitar Many guys were interested in my 12-string - the same Guild F-412 but from 1980. I always dreamed of buying myself a 12-string acoustic! I chose for a long time, sought advice, read articles and reviews on forums around the world. I settled on the Guild F412 model - its sound is considered the benchmark for all 12-strings (it is present in many modern presets, programs, etc.). I wanted to get a vintage one, a la Pink Floyd (Gilmour), Bon Jovi (Sambora), Guns N' Roses (Slash), Eagles... I searched intensely for about a year and found a collector's version from 1980 with an L.R. Baggs Dual Source system installed. I received it and gasped... it sounds like two grand pianos! The depth of the body is about 15 cm, and besides that, to my eye, its dimensions are one and a half times larger than all my other acoustics! The guitar arrived in tune!!! I was shocked by the build quality, the guitar was made in the USA. In short, I recorded a demo at my studio right away! If anyone needs it, I still have it saved - I will send it - I recorded Wish You Were Here. In short, to this day this guitar is my personal one. But since there was a very large number of people who wanted to order one like this from me over three years, I was looking for one in stock. I was lucky to snap up the same Guild F412 from an older year, 1975, in the same cool condition as mine. I don't think it will stay on sale for long ;)) The guitar was produced in the USA, Westerly, Rhode Island in 1975, it is a jumbo acoustic with a Sitka Spruce top, maple sides and a figured Guild back made of maple. The neck is made of 3 pieces of maple with walnut inserts, a double (!) truss rod, rounded fretboard and bridge made of ebony, all inlays are made of genuine mother-of-pearl, like on a PRS. The tuners hold the tuning rock-solid! In short, the guitar is perfect in all respects, everything is in tune, it sounds loud, mind-blowing!!!
