For the first time, Marshall gave musicians a full-fledged clean channel in their amplifier, a high-quality effects loop with a signal level control, a spring reverb with separate adjustments for clean and distorted channels, and significantly increased distortion power, as well as many other interesting features. At that time, the amplifier was truly excellent, and the JCM 900 series was produced in various modifications and models until the early 2000s. Later it was replaced by the new generation of JCM 2000 amplifiers. Regarding functionality...
