A very beautiful color, besides only 400 of these guitars were made, and only 50 in this color! The guitar is unique and finding another one is practically impossible. At the 2012 NAMM show, Paul Reed Smith presented a bunch of novelties, including the Signature Limited. They are based on 408 pickups to expand the tonal spectrum of the sound. They narrow unnecessary bass guitar sounds that are unpleasant to the ear (as is well known, in guitar mastering, frequencies are often cut) and expand the tonal range of high frequencies, the result is something between a narrowfield and a humbucker. Paul Reed Smith made these pickups before mass-producing guitars (before 1985) in the early 80s, they provide just super brightness, you can really hear acoustic notes, as if with a piezo. A very important point — the guitar gives 8 sounds — mini-switches provide coil-splitting for single-coils WITHOUT LOSS OF VOLUME. This is simply bomb, since you don't need to increase the volume during recording or a performance when switching the pickup from humbucker mode to single-coil mode. This guitar is a favorite of Paul Reed Smith himself; also, the first Signature Limited models were made for artists Howard Leese, Davy Knowles, Michael Ault, Tom Wheeler.
