Gibson Les Paul Studio Limited Edition Silverburst Gibson Les Paul Studio special limited edition in Silverburst color (this color is unavailable on serial models). The model received an ebony fretboard and Grover tuners for more stable tuning. Besides the fact that ebony provides very good clarity and attack, it also combines perfectly with the Silverburst color. Furthermore, as is traditional for the Les Paul model, the body and neck are made of mahogany with a maple top, and this model also features an upgrade - both pickups split into single-coils using push/pull volume knobs, just like on a PRS Custom. Interestingly, many subsequent representatives of this series already received a rosewood fretboard instead of the ebony one featured here: This particular guitar managed to be released with an ebony fretboard like the earlier specimens: The instrument is in excellent condition.
