Fender USA Highway 1 Jazz Bass w/ Badass Bridge American Fender 60th Anniversary Jazz Bass Highway 1 in excellent condition (see photos at the link below). It has a serious upgrade — a massive cast BadAss II bridge (which would cost another $90 if bought separately), providing an incredible boost to sustain and depth of sound. Otherwise, like other instruments in the Highway 1 series, it features the same wood, pickups, electronics, and construction as the American Standard, but comes without a case and has a thinner, 1-layer nitro-lacquer finish. Which, in my opinion, is more of a plus than a minus, and this finish is for many reasons even better than the "glaze" of the more expensive series. Firstly, it does not envelop the wood in a thick "plastic" shell and allows the wood to open up, and secondly, the guitar will age more naturally and beautifully over time. Что как по мне скорее плюс чем минус, и эта покраска по многим причинам даже лучше, чем «глазурь» более дорогих серий. Во-первых, это не обволакивает деревяшку в толстый «пластиковый» панцирь и дает дереву раскрыться, а во-вторых, гитара будет более натурально и красиво состариваться со временем.
