This is a truly rare beast - a drum kit from OCDP USA. This is an American company that makes custom kits of the highest quality; their drums are played by: - Travis Barker - Blink 182, +44, Box Car Racer - Limp Bizkit (John Otto) (by the way, I especially like this guy's set. And while the company still exists, today you can no longer order an American kit; they now make American sets only for famous artists, and only Chinese OCDP models are available for sale (which, it must be said, are also not cheap). This OCDP kit is precisely their custom American set, and each such kit is unique. This set is all maple, in black transparent lacquer, with a very beautiful wood grain, all 4 toms on independent suspensions, even the floor toms are suspended on independent hoops into which the legs are inserted. The chrome hoops on the bass drum look very impressive paired with the chrome on the toms. Sizes are 10, 12, 14, 16 and a 22x20 bass drum (including hoops the bass drum is over 25 inches or 64 centimeters in length), this is a "cannon" bass drum as OCDP bass drums are often called. The set possesses a very powerful and fat sound, with excellent articulation and overtones, in particular the bass drum really fires like a cannon. The set is in remarkable condition, it has minimal wear, but it still looks very fresh and feels like new. Holders for rack toms and legs for floor toms are included.
