2001 PRS Custom 22 Limited Edition Platinum Silver Suhr Pickups A very rare color for a classic Custom — in 2001 about 50 of these guitars were made in this color. It is rare to come across a standard one; they are often without birds, just with crescent moons. This version has birds, and furthermore, it has been fitted with cool Suhr pickups instead of the Dragons — Suhr Doug Aldrich (Neck and Bridge Pickup) — these are the signature pickups of the Whitesnake guitarist. They sound great on the guitar, as if they were meant to be there! =) Coil splits on the push-pull, everything is as it should be. Specs as usual — mahogany + maple top, rosewood fretboard, 22 frets. Редко попадается еще стандарт, зачастую они без птиц, с полумесяцами просто. Этот же вариант с птицами, кроме того на него поставили круты суровские датчики вместо драгонов — Suhr Doug Aldrich (Neck and Bridge Pickup) — это именные датчики гитариста группы Whitesnake. Звучат на гитаре отлично, как там и стояли! =) Отсечки на пуш-пуле, все как положено. Спеки как обычно — краснуха + кленовый топ, палисандровая накладка, 22 лада. Что стоить отметить — колки PRS Phase II Locking Tuners - ручки сделаны из черного дерева Эбони, что придает инструменту еще большей крутости! Первый владелец гитары был прошареным и сделал экранировку электроники медью на заказ у мастера в США, т.е. гитара доведена до идеала, просто бери — и твори) ЗА гитарой очень серьезно ухаживали , всегда протирали маслами гриф. Конечно из-за свойств тонкого лака и цвета есть несколько маленьких коцков, но они очень малы и, думаю, при всех плюсах данного инструмента таким минусом можно пренебречь, также учитывая лояльную цену за редчайший кастом.
