Using the catalogue
You can browse instruments, compare them and keep favourites or a basket. Archive listings describe instruments previously offered by the shop; an archived item is not an offer of current stock. Current availability and the condition of a particular instrument are confirmed with the shop.
Sending an enquiry
Adding an instrument to the basket does not reserve it. Submitting an enquiry or order request sends your selected instruments and contact details to the shop. It does not take payment or automatically confirm a purchase. The shop replies to agree availability, condition, the final price and currency, delivery costs and the payment method before you proceed.
Payment, delivery and returns
Online payment is not available on this website. A converted display price is an estimate. Payment, delivery, warranty and return details must be provided before a transaction is agreed, taking account of the buyer’s applicable mandatory rights. Ask the shop for the terms for your instrument and destination before paying.
Account and privacy
A customer account lets you manage your profile and view enquiries linked to that account. Registration does not provide staff access. Cookie choices are separate from sending an enquiry and from any newsletter subscription.
